KIDS MINISTRIES
Here at Victory Life Church our Kids ministry is designed with them in mind. We want to relate to kids and give them environments where they can worship, connect, and grow. Kids programs are available during almost all of our Service times.
SAFE & SECURE ENVIRONMENT
Here in Victory Kids our number one priority is for your kids to be safe and secure while they are away from you. With our check in system as well as a carefully trained security team, and cameras throughout our Kids Wing, you can know that your kids safety is one of our biggest priorities.
AGE APPROPRIATE ENVIRONMENTS
We value the truth that Jesus wants Children brought to him. To illustrate this point we believe that we must have small classrooms broken up by age. This ensures that each child is taught about Jesus on the most appropriate level. This also encourages relational ministries and life long friendships.
LIFE LONG FRIENDSHIPS
One of our Core Values here at VLC is Connect. We want all kids to connect with those in their Church Community. Friendships that are formed in your faith community are more likely to last through their High School years as well as provide positive influences to their life.
SERVICE TIMES
Check in opens 15 minutes prior to service times. We ask that all parents pick up their children within 15 minutes of service dismissal.
CHECK IN PROCESS
Victory Kids places a high value on kids safety and security. Through our check in process you will be able to ensure that your child(ren) are safe and secure. Upon arrival visit our “Guest Check In” Computers located under the green sign right outside our Victory Kids Hallway. One of our Kidmin Volunteers will greet you and help check-in your family in their age-appropriate classroom. We will simply need names, a cell phone number, and a picture of child and parents. You will receive a name tag for each child and a white IN slip. The name tag goes on the child and the IN slip is given to the classroom teacher. (The reason for this is in the event of an emergency we can quickly match children back up with their parents/guardians since both of their pictures are on the IN slip. Please keep your phone on vibrate during service-if your child needs you for any reason during service we will text you. After service, head back to the “Guest Check In” Computers and you will receive an out slip. Show this OUT slip to our security team at the beginning of the Hallway and they will allow you down the hallway to pick up your child. Give the OUT slip to your child’s classroom teacher and they will release your child to you.
On your Second visit, please visit the “Guest Check In” Computers we will complete your registration and you will be able to use the self serve computers.

FAQS FOR PARENTS
WHAT ABOUT SNACKS & ALLERGIES?
We provide snacks for kids 1 year – 5th grade unless otherwise directed by parents. These snacks consist of cracker and cookie type snacks. We ensure that there are no peanut products in our snacks. However we do sometimes have a snack that was in a factory that also has peanut products made there. Parents are always welcome to provide their child their own snack and we also have the original packages for parents to review. Please ensure that your child has their allergy listed on their name tag (our check in team is happy to assist you with this) and please tell their classroom teacher.
WHAT KIND OF SECURITY CHECKS DOES OUR KIDMIN TEAM GO THROUGH?
We require all of Kidmin Volunteers to be screened. They have to all complete a background check, interview and training before serving in the Victory Kids Ministry.
